Description:
It’s bath day for Pluto, and the scene opens with him already being scrubbed. After getting out of the tub, Pluto engages in a tug-of-war with Mickey over a towel, accidentally sending Mickey into the bathtub. Soap erupts, which Pluto swallows, resulting in hiccuping bubbles as Mickey chases him. Pluto escapes, but people on the street mistake him for rabid and begin to hide and throw objects at him. Dogcatcher Pete arrives, intending to shoot Pluto, but Mickey intervenes just in time. Mickey tries reasoning and then physical confrontation, and they manage to escape when Mickey throws a kitten into Pete’s pants. During the chase, a fruit cart causes further distractions, and they ultimately cause Pete to crash into his own truck.
