Description:
Alan Masters is a ruthless businessman deeply involved in organized crime. He marries Diane, a gentle woman, and repeatedly abuses her. Sergeant John Reed, disillusioned with the city's corruption, defies his superiors to gather evidence against Masters. When Masters discovers Diane has been assisting Reed, he murders her. Now, Reed must bring him to justice while battling corrupt officers determined to obstruct the investigation. Part One begins with Diane’s death, followed by flashbacks detailing her fight against abuse and Reed’s efforts to guide her in collecting evidence. Part Two focuses on Reed's confrontations with intimidating police officials.
