Zosia, who was expected to stay with her mother indefinitely, regularly visits the "Wrzos" Day Care Center in Lodz's Bałuty district. There, she connects with Tadeusz, a man grappling with loneliness and alcoholism following his mother's passing. They choose to marry, surprising their families and the center's community. Malgorzata Szumowska films their story, observing how those around them respond. The wedding at "Wrzos" marks a turning point, offering them companionship despite their ongoing financial challenges.
