Daniel (Martin Pechlát), a successful architect, is thrilled to have just finished designing a landmark skyscraper for the city. As he prepares to share the good news with his wife Kateřina (Anna Polívková), she reveals unexpected health news: her kidneys are failing and require a transplant for a long-term solution. Daniel now faces a difficult choice: offer his own kidney, risking his life, or not, potentially jeopardizing their marriage. Their friends Erik (Mira Nosek) and Diana (Barbora Seidlová), who were looking forward to a relaxing weekend and celebrating Kateřina's birthday with them, must also navigate this complex situation.
