Marvins Fly’n Boat (2000)

Marvin Lewis, a Nederland, Colorado resident, was passionate about Howard Hughes' Spruce Goose flying boat. He spent years constructing a twelve-foot model in his restaurant. After retiring to Nebraska with the project incomplete, he passed away. The Boulder, Colorado Aeromodelling Club recovered the model and, after over a year of work, completed it with the goal of a single-day flight.
