Viaje de Tambores (2004)

Each year, the Pacific community in Cali, Colombia, comes together for the Petronio Álvarez Pacific Music Festival. This year, three groups from Timbiquí, a town in the heart of the Cauca rainforest, will participate in the eighth edition. Two groups are preparing for the festival from their home. The third, composed of young people, chooses to move to the city to pursue music. For all three, the festival offers a chance to share their ancestral traditions and realize their aspirations.
