Haunt (2005)

After losing their parents, Tony and his 14-year-old brother Pat are sent to live with their Uncle Frank, their last remaining family. Frank is an old-world magician who runs a haunted house and Halloween costume shop in a small New England town. He's also grieving the loss of his wife, Vincenza. Tony struggles to adapt to Frank's unusual world of macabre displays. Feeling isolated from the local teens, he finds friendship with Melissa, which makes him the rival of Jory, the high school wrestling team star. With unhappy teens, a disturbing haunted house, and Halloween approaching, trouble seems inevitable.
