Last Licks (2017)

Frank, a 32-year-old married man with children, is at a bar attempting to talk to someone he believes is his estranged uncle about his father, the bartender's deceased brother. He's then subjected to strange pronouncements from a customer – in another reality, a priest, and later, a peculiar woman named Mona – who is a nurse in that other reality. The bartender, who is actually an ER doctor, tries to explain some outlandish "cosmic" concepts to Frank. Eventually, Frank realizes his life is passing him by and he's not where he thought he was in this new, surreal drama, which is set to become a comedic farce in a New York City emergency room.
