Little Review (2017)

*Little Review* is a filmic portrait of young women at a Polish Youth Center, inspired by a newspaper of the same name. The film unfolds in three parts, beginning with a satirical prologue performed by the young women, capturing the spirit of the newspaper's honest voice. Set against a simple backdrop, the scenes explore a range of artistic practices. The young women, like the newspaper’s writers, deliver nuanced and confident performances, beginning with a repeated sequence of the words "trust," "hate," "love," and "hope," followed by a fragmented piano piece.
