Oxygen (2025)

Anat, a single mother and literature teacher, anxiously awaits her son Ido's release from the army. However, on the day he's due home, a soldier is kidnapped, triggering a new war. Anat's father, Ya'akov, suffers a decline in his mental state when Ido informs her that all discharges have been cancelled. Desperate to bring him home, Anat pleads with the commanding officers. Ido returns, but Anat is devastated to learn he volunteered to fight. Their relationship deteriorates as Ido returns to the border, and the conflict escalates. Feeling caught between her father and son, Anat resolves to intervene.
