At 18, Yundi Li (Yundi) delivers the performance that earned him first place at the 2000 International Chopin Piano Competition, catapulting him to international stardom. The concert takes place at Warsaw's Philharmonic Hall in Poland. His program includes Chopin's Scherzo No. 2, Op. 31; Andante Spianato and Grande Polonaise Brillante, Op. 22; and Piano Concerto No. 1 in E Minor, performed with the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Kazimierz Kord.
