Tochuu Gesha (2014)

Ryu Haijima, a high-achieving deputy editor at a travel magazine, has consistently delivered successful projects, boosting the magazine's popularity. The editor-in-chief sees Ryu as his successor and relies on him heavily. However, Ryu's dedication to work strains his marriage with Sae, who feels neglected despite supporting the family as a homemaker and working part-time. During a train ride, Ryu experiences his first panic attack, marked by intense anxiety. Pride prevents the sensitive and reserved Ryu from disclosing his illness to either his workplace or his wife.
