Description:
RAW SEWAGE is a collection of sketches satirizing television, the internet, news, and advertising. Allegra Ashton parodies a news reporter with a bizarre story, Viridiana Marquez offers a dubious remedy for jet lag, Alley Ninestein advises drinking cat feces, Dave Sweeney details rapid weight loss, and Maurice Tillmon delivers a rant about jealousy. The sketches are written by Nicholas M. Garofolo, focusing on the life of an ambulance chasing attorney. RAW SEWAGE premiered at the NY Underground Comedy Festival in May 2020 and subsequently screened at the Couch Film Festival in February 2021. In 2022, Raw Sewage was shown at the New Generation International Film Festival and the SITD Film Festival.
