Control (2021)

The FarReach project, initiated by CSORO, was humanity's first attempt to establish a presence on other planets. Celebrated scientists were sent to different worlds with the goal of solving unique challenges and making those worlds habitable. To keep each base small, CSORO implemented ADA, a sophisticated AI developed by Babbage Information Systems. Originally designed for corporate strategy, ADA was deemed adaptable to any management or data collection task. Two years into the project, communication with the Proxima-b base abruptly ceased.
