Twenty-five years ago, the Nagiri brothers, once a powerful force, suffered a devastating loss when their father, Tsuyoshi Nagiri (Kim Sunjin), was murdered. His final words emphasized their family's commitment to humanity and loyalty to one another. His second son, Kaname Nagiri (Choi Chul-ho), inherited leadership of the Nagiri-gumi and carried on his father’s legacy. But as a former member of the Nagiri family, now a politician named Masashi Fukuzawa (Koichi Miura), prepares for an election and Danba Takeshi (Daisuke Nagakura), head of the Tanba-gumi, is released from prison, a violent conflict erupts, fueled by the drug trade. When their youngest brother, Minato (Seiji Fukushi), a respected figure in Osaka, is threatened, the eldest brother, Shun Nagiri (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi), intervenes to protect him. The brothers reunite and join Kaname – just as he faces a confrontation with their former allies.
