Set in Dallas just before the pandemic, this five-part series explores the city's divisions between those who uphold, create, and challenge the law. It follows the demanding lives of city workers, community organizers, and various residents as they navigate disasters – both natural and caused by people – alongside challenges facing the schools and ongoing issues with incarceration. The series questions what the future holds for Dallas.
