Tears Along Trail of Fears (2001)

The film depicts the conflict between Eritrea’s national liberation forces and divisive terrorist groups. The liberation forces defend the country's unity, development, and harmony among its diverse ethnic, cultural, and religious communities. The terrorist groups aim to undermine Eritrea's hard-won freedom and seize power for personal gain. Ultimately, good prevails, but the victory is marked by the sacrifice of Amer, the film’s heroic protagonist, an Eritrean soldier.
