The Exposer – Insurance Investigation (2000)

Hinata, the managing director of Sakura Fire & Marine Insurance, visits Tetsu in the hospital where he's recovering from an injury. Tetsu takes a job from his old colleague Hyuga, agreeing to cover his own medical expenses. As Tetsu attempts to uncover fraudulent insurance claims by enlisting Pussy's help, he's forced to confront his own dangerous history.
