Mai, an international flight attendant, envisions a fairytale marriage with a famous man, but her life is complicated by an affair with her boss, Daiba. Her younger sister Yui and her boyfriend Tamotsu unexpectedly arrive at Mai’s home, seeking temporary shelter. Tamotsu, aspiring to be a musician, decides to audition, encouraged by Yui. As days turn into weeks, Yui and Tamotsu remain, with Tamotsu working diligently to support Yui's more carefree lifestyle. Witnessing their lack of responsibility, Mai resolves to end her relationship with Daiba. However, a hijacking occurs on her flight – orchestrated by Daiba. Amidst the chaos, Mai attempts to break things off with him, but finds herself caught in his manipulations. The pilot, Jinnan, intervenes. Later, Mai is invited to dinner by Jinnan and feels a spark of romance, carefully nurturing her feelings while trying to avoid detection by Yui, who had previously mocked Mai’s past relationship.
