Sexual Desire Examination: In a White Coat (2007)

A veteran doctor runs an internal medicine clinic, drawing frequent visits from teacher Nakatsu, lawyer Minamino, and part-time worker Tanabe, all captivated by the clinic's beautiful nurses, Manami and Kanako. Their fantasies about the nurses intensify, blurring the line between imagination and reality. Director Ikejima Yutaka presents a surreal exploration of these men immersed in a world of fantasy and sensuality as they become increasingly consumed by their desires. This film marks the debut of actresses Yuki Rina and Hoshizawa Mari, who showcase their intense sensuality.
