Kalbermatten (2025)

In the peaceful mountain village of Kalbermatten, a former dictator and a Muslim imam seek refuge in a church. The villagers, eager to demonstrate democracy, hold a community meeting. When a disagreement arises, the women swiftly abolish male voting rights and replace the mayor with his wife. In protest, the men join the refugees in the church, where the women have no authority. As the imam offers solace to the disenfranchised men, the deposed dictator helps the former mayor plot to remove his wife from power.
