Under a relentless sun, in the high desert of Santa Fe, New Mexico, time slows to a crawl. The landscape is stark, the population sparse, and a profound sense of isolation permeates the air. Far from the distractions of modern life, we venture into the Taos mountains, seeking something beyond the ordinary – perhaps even a jackalope. Here, there are no gods and no newsfeeds, just the vastness of the land and the company of coyotes.
