Description:
Colombian drug lord Mannel Ramirez travels to Los Angeles to reclaim his lost fortune following his brother's death. DEA agent Jeff Rollins is informed of Ramirez's arrival by his partner, Harold McBain. Suspicious of a betrayal, Ramirez's arrival in L.A. is marked by a series of deaths. Rollins becomes Ramirez's final obstacle, and Ramirez fatally stabs him. However, can Ramirez secure his money from a bank vault he alone can open? Before dying, Rollins reaches his younger brother Campbell and Campbell’s girlfriend Jessica, drawing them into the conflict. Now an unlikely hero caught in a dangerous game, Campbell must avenge his brother's death, no matter the cost.
