Miralles (2024)

Miralles presents a portrait of one of Spain's most influential contemporary architects. Enric Miralles dies at 45 from a brain tumor. He is buried the following day in his unfinished masterpiece, the Igualada Cemetery, a forest-cemetery. His life and work become forever intertwined. The film explores this through variations, mirroring Miralles’ creative process, which was inspired by Giacometti. It’s a journey of searching without definitive answers, exemplified by the extraordinary Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh, one of the architect's final and most impressive projects.
