Irish Crime: Mercy Killing (2024)

When Cathrin Blake's neighbor, Coner O'Neill, dies, the superintendent, Sean Kelly, believes it was natural, considering Coner was over 80. But Cathrin doubts this, as he'd seemed healthy. Soon after, another man of similar age is found dead, and both men had recently been residents at the exclusive care home, "Eden View." Kelly is charmed by Bridget Howard, the kind and dedicated woman who runs the home for elderly people without families. However, Cathrin remains wary of her pleasant demeanor. A further death at Eden View, combined with several unsolved missing persons cases also connected to the home, raises questions. Bridget offers seemingly reasonable explanations for each incident, but are they simply a series of unfortunate events?
