Description:
In 2018, Akin, a Cuban doctor with the Mais Medicos program in Brazil, finds his connection to the country deepening as he works with an indigenous community and builds relationships with Érica and Sérgio. However, the partnership between Cuba and Brazil is cut short with the election of Jair Bolsonaro. Akin is faced with a difficult choice: return to Cuba and leave behind the people he's grown close to, or remain in Brazil and find a new path where he can no longer practice medicine.
