Crash (2004)

Four people collaborate on building something with blocks. A newcomer joins them but struggles to fit in with their established methods, disrupting their progress and ultimately damaging their creation. The group tries various approaches to make her a productive member, and she appears to succeed. However, her newfound conformity triggers a reaction in the others, who see their own flaws mirrored in her behavior. They begin self-destructive actions, losing their ability to function and completely shutting down. This breakdown reveals her as an agent of change, her initial cooperation a deliberate deception.
