PRESSURE turns the 72 hours before D-Day into a tense standoff over weather forecasts, and its ensemble makes the wait genuinely gripping — even when the film itself settles into repetition. Andrew Scott anchors it all with exceptional control, matched by an underrated Chris Messina and a scene-stealing Kerry Condon, while Brendan Fraser draws mixed reactions as Eisenhower. Handsomely shot and scored, it's a well-crafted history lesson that never fully justifies its own length — and it leaves out the one meteorologist who arguably deserved the spotlight most.
