Description:
A Hungarian band passionately performs American rock and roll and blues, but struggles to gain recognition. Their music is ignored by radio and television, and even their audiences often seem disengaged. Determined to change their fortunes, the band leader (Lóránt Schuster) proposes a new direction: write songs about their own lives and experiences, rather than focusing on distant stories. They decide to shift their focus from the exotic to the familiar. With a core group of the original band members and a new singer (Gyula Deák "Bill"), they finally connect with audiences in a way they hadn't before. Their fresh sound powerfully conveys the essence of blues and rock, communicating emotions that words alone couldn't capture – a sound they call Kőbánya blues.
