In 1966, Levy Rossell premiered "Vimazoluleka" at the Ateneo de Caracas, beginning August 18th. He later moved the production to different venues within the university, eventually performing it in the Aula Magna. Rossell received a scholarship to study in New York, where he staged the play in English for five months off Broadway. Upon his return to Caracas, he continued to perform "Vimazoluleka" throughout the 1970s and 1990s. The title is a combination of the first names of his close friends: Vicente Amengual, María Angelina Rodríguez, Zobeida Ramos, Luis Kolster, Levy Rossell, and Carlos Hernandez.
