Description:
To find international gangster Nick Randall, the US State Department asks Scotland Yard for help because his girlfriend, Angela Booth, is in a British prison. Angela won't turn Nick in, so the authorities plan an escape for her with the assistance of Gran' Ramsey, a fellow inmate. Police will then follow Angela to find Nick. Gran' orchestrates the escape, and the two women, along with another convict named Marguerite who is about to lose her baby to social services, go on the run. Gran' must secretly guide the police to Angela while staying hidden from the escapees until Angela reaches Nick. This film reworks scenes from the 1955 UK film *Women Without Men*, changing the story from a tale of a wrongly imprisoned waif to one about a gangster's girlfriend, and adding new footage with original star Beverly Michaels.
