On a Monday morning, Messy and Ruffles decide to skip school and Dr. DeCay, choosing instead to search for their lost cat, Spotty. Their journey takes them through time and space where they meet Smarty, a neighbor skilled in magic potions, who is experimenting with an old recipe. Smarty joins the two witches, and their unpredictable adventure begins in Ljubljana. In this magical world, everyday problems can be solved with spells – changing days, helping neighbors, and smoothing roads. But even magic can't avoid the dentist.
