Organized Crime Investigative Task Force 4: Indiscriminate Terror (2005)

Kumada is wrongly identified as the attacker in an assassination attempt on the Tokyo governor and taken into custody. Simultaneously, a bomb threat leads to the destruction of the police station. Kumada is eventually brought back into the investigation as authorities suspect a mole within their ranks. He begins to uncover the truth behind the incident.
