Description:
In the town of Yunwu, a woman named Sulian was renowned for her beauty. She had been devotedly waiting for her boyfriend, who died abroad, but was then brutally violated by the townspeople. Unable to control their husbands, the women of Yunwu slandered Sulian, branding her a promiscuous woman. In a place with no legal recourse, she was destroyed by their malice and died as a victim. The town concealed this tragedy, the memory of Sulian unspoken for a decade. Then, a series of violent deaths began at weddings and among those taking new wives, each marked by the appearance of a bride doll. With these events, the name Sulian resurfaced, and a curse descended upon the village, filling its inhabitants with constant fear.
