Today’s Man (2006)

A sister seeks to understand her brother’s unusual life. *Today's Man* tells the story of Nicky Gottlieb, who evolved from a gifted child into a young man struggling to connect with the world. At 21, he is diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, a form of Autism. The film follows Nicky as he attempts to leave his family’s home and find his place. It’s a personal look at a family’s challenges, and an exploration of this complex and often misunderstood condition.
