Silent Therapy (2018)

Tuna struggles with a psychological illness, finding support in his best friend Berkin. A budding romance with Selen, his neighbor and college friend, unexpectedly strains their friendship. As a series of murders occur nearby, Tuna is pulled into a dangerous spiral. These events worsen his illness and trigger childhood trauma, leading to intense psychological distress. He battles his mind's illusions while trying to embrace his newfound love, all the while navigating a fractured friendship with Berkin, who becomes a source of turmoil.
