For over ten years, Channel Street Skatepark thrived secretly beneath Interstate 110, established without permission. However, construction on an overpass led to its permanent closure. Now, the park's founders and supporters fight tirelessly for its reopening, facing unexpected legal obstacles. *Concrete Law* examines the struggle between the skatepark and city bureaucracy.
