Wiktoria Cukt is the virtual presidential candidate created by CUKT, a group known for using rave parties in their projects. She's a computer program, called Citizen Election Software, designed to represent the views of those who choose her. CUKT believes in direct democracy, bypassing politicians they see as unnecessary obstacles. Wiktoria Cukt’s campaign slogan is "Politicians are useless." Campaign offices are launched with rave parties, where policies are shaped by public input. CUKT members also collect signatures for her official candidacy and to form the Wiktoria Cukt political party.
