Description:
In 1960, the Beverly Hills Hotel hosted two iconic couples. Simone Signoret and Yves Montand stayed in bungalow 20: they were deeply in love, beautiful, young, and at the peak of their careers. Nearby, Marilyn Monroe, whose marriage to writer Arthur Miller was failing, proved an alluring presence. Simone and Marilyn became friends, while Yves worked with Marilyn, struggling to avoid her attraction. The marriage between Marilyn and Arthur ended. The lives of these four individuals are irrevocably changed. Neither woman fully recovers from the affair, and all are haunted by uncertainty. Recorded January 12 and 13, 2024, at the Théâtre de la Madeleine in Paris.
