Ore Wa Kanojo (2011)

Kensuke and Ayumu have been close since childhood, but only recently have they acknowledged their feelings for each other go beyond friendship. Kensuke, a salesman at a PC software company, is unexpectedly transferred to a branch requiring him to relocate from his apartment. Ayumu has kindly offered to look after his place while he's away, meaning a long period of separation. As time passes, Kensuke experiences loneliness and begins to question Ayumu’s affection. Adding to his distress, his girlfriend is unfaithful.
