August Days (2006)

After months of struggling to find inspiration for an article his journalist friend had mentioned repeatedly, Marc calls his brother David, and they decide on a quick getaway. However, Marc can't relax, so David takes him further south, to a region known for a fish with distinctive whiskers that attracts visitors from all over. Unbeknownst to them, their journey leads them into unfamiliar territory, mirroring many hardships their grandfather faced. They encounter a collection of transient people who immerse them in a forgotten paradise.
