Description:
A small village on Lake Peipsi buzzes with excitement – a wedding is set for tomorrow. The bride, Masha, and groom, Ivan, are young and admired, and everyone hopes for a joyful celebration. However, Masha doesn't love Ivan; she loves Peter, who is in prison for poaching. He urged her to wait. But when Peter learns Masha is pregnant with his child, he escapes from jail and unexpectedly returns to his village just before the wedding.
