Description:
In Hong Kong, a nuclear scientist is abducted by Chinese communists. A team of Japanese judo experts then intercepts the kidnappers, but before they can contact the American agent tasked with the scientist's return to the U.S., the agent is killed. The American Secret Service dispatches their best operative to Hong Kong to replace him and find the scientist. However, two rival criminal organizations are also searching for the same person, forcing the agent to assume a false identity to infiltrate them.
