Shadow Dragon (2005)

Former detectives, now estranged partners, team up to track a brutal serial killer preying on a drug cartel. Separately, Angel, the sole survivor of a motorcycle-riding drug smuggling gang, undertakes a deadly mission for survival after killing a cartel member. She must eliminate the head of a rival cartel, learning assassination skills from a legendary figure known as The Shadow Dragon. But her path takes a dark turn when she discovers that the assassin meant to protect her is responsible for her parents' deaths.
