Dickman (2017)

Ho Ko-chun struggles with feelings of inadequacy due to his penis size, a source of adolescent misery. He finds renewed spirit in Lok Tsz-kwan, a cheerful classmate who shares a similar insecurity. They bond over their shared experience and form a close friendship, calling themselves the 'little birdmen'. Their connection is tested when Tsz-kwan leaves Hong Kong for studies, while Ko-chun remains. Years later, they reconnect, their bond unbroken. However, Tsz-kwan proposes a career change for Ko-chun, suggesting he become a male prostitute, though their friendship endures regardless.
