De nens (2004)

This film explores the history of Barcelona's Chinatown, charting its evolution from the post-Franco era to the present, and its struggle to maintain its identity amidst the encroaching Raval neighborhood. Interwoven with this narrative is the controversial pedophile case that deeply affected Barcelona a few years ago, with widespread accusations and scrutiny from law enforcement and the media. Although the trial concluded with only two convictions, many individuals wrongly accused continue to bear the lasting emotional wounds of the ordeal.
