Description:
Peter, a young traffic officer, is tasked with reviewing hours of sexually explicit tapes created by the deceased psychiatrist Dr. Tyler and his partner, Detective Cunningham, using unwilling male patients. The previous film left unresolved questions about a missing boy, and Peter's search for him leads him to the disturbing content of the videos. As he watches, Peter becomes increasingly repulsed and fascinated by Dr. Tyler’s perversions. He is consumed by a dark impulse and devises a twisted plan. Obsessed with his straight roommate Todd, Peter intends to use the knowledge gained from the tapes to seduce him. But the encounter with Todd is just the beginning.
