Without Words (2006)

The story follows Kit, a musician, and Snow, a mute girl who lives a happy life with her fiancé. One morning, Snow discovers an engagement ring on her toe – the same finger as her ring. Kit proposes. But a week before their wedding, Snow is in an accident and dies. An angel-in-training named Michael gives her three days to return to life before the wedding. The day before she's due to leave Kit, Snow whispers "I love you so much. I want to be with you forever, but I must leave tomorrow night" into his ear while he sleeps. Later, Kit recounts a dream where Snow spoke to him, promising to be with him no matter what, even as she has to go away.
