Shanghai Banzai (2010)

The film explores the unusual presence of a multicultural community – Lithuanians, Russians, Poles, and Gypsies – in the heart of the city. It investigates the origin of the district's nickname, Shanghai. The film portrays the residents of Vilnius Shanghai, with their unique customs and memories. As modern buildings replace old houses, the future of these people remains uncertain.
