Ekhlas Alhlwani fled Syria with her three children and now lives in Zaatari, a refugee camp in the Jordanian desert. For seven weeks, Rizzi observed her and other women, documenting their daily lives marked by a lack of hope. He illustrates how Alhlwani strives to create normalcy for her family amidst the harsh realities of the camp. The film powerfully portrays the brutality of war and the profound uncertainty faced by refugees.
